作品規則：Requirements

 

1.不設題目、主題或體裁限制

​

2.寫作語言：中文或英文。

​

3.​字數限制：

- 詩歌：不超過50行，總字數不超過1,000字

- 散文：不超過2,000字

- 兒童文學：不超過2,000字

- 小說：不超過10,000字

請於作品註明字數，標點符號不含括在內。​

4.參賽稿件格式：稿件格式必須為.doc/.docx/.pdf (手寫稿或電子稿均可)。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效，如評審委員未能辨認，主辦單位有權要求參賽者重新遞交或取消其參賽資格。如同一組別同一項目投稿超過一份，本會只考慮投稿時間最早之作品。

5.參賽作品須為個人原創作品，翻譯作品概不接受，嚴禁抄襲。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業、政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。

6.主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。如條款細則未盡完善，主辦機構有權隨時修訂。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。​

1.No restrictions on topic, theme, or genre.

2.Language of writing: Chinese or English.

​​

3.Word limit:

- Poetry: No more than 50 lines, with a total word count not exceeding 1,000 words.

- Prose: Not exceeding 2,000 words.

- Story: Not exceeding 2,000 words.

- Novel: Not exceeding 10,000 words.

Please indicate the word count in the submission. Punctuation marks are not included in the word count.​

4.Submission format: Entries must be in .doc/.docx/.pdf format (handwritten or electronic submissions are acceptable). Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted file is accessible. If the judging committee is unable to open the file, the organizer reserves the right to request resubmission or disqualify the entry. If multiple entries are submitted in the same category and division, only the earliest submission will be considered.

5.Entries must be original works by the participant. Translated works are not accepted. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, or harmful content; promote commercial or political elements; or include any controversial or inappropriate material. The organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that are inappropriate, irrelevant to the competition theme, or in an incorrect format.

6.The organizer reserves the final right to interpret the rules and regulations of the competition. If any aspect of the terms and conditions is found insufficient, the organizer may make amendments at any time. In the event of any dispute related to this competition, the decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.​

評分準則：Judging Criteria

​

文字表現力、語言精準度、敘事流暢度、情感表達、故事情節吸引力、想象力、主題及內容等。評審將根據參賽者作品作出綜合評分。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。

verbal expressiveness, linguistic precision, narrative fluency, emotional expression, story appeal, imagination, theme, and content. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.
