競賽項目 Competition Category

 

- 視覺藝術。參加者可運用各種視覺藝術媒介，如油畫、水彩畫、水粉畫、中國畫(水墨畫)、素描、漫畫、海報設計、版畫、電繪藝術等等。或雕塑、陶瓷、紙藝等手工藝。

Visual Arts: Participants may use a variety of visual art media, such as oil painting, watercolor painting, gouache painting, Chinese painting (ink wash painting), sketching, comics, poster design, printmaking, digital painting, and more. They may also use handicrafts like sculpture, ceramics, paper art, etc.

作品規則：Requirements

 

1.不設主題限制

2.不限作品尺寸及創作媒介

3.參賽稿件格式：必須為.jpeg 。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效，如評審委員未能辨認，主辦單位有權要求參賽者重新遞交或取消其參賽資格。如同一組別同一項目投稿超過一份，本會只考慮投稿時間最早之作品。

4.參賽作品須為個人原創作品，參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業、政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。

5.主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。如條款細則未盡完善，主辦機構有權隨時修訂。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。​

3..Submission format: Entries must be in .jpeg format Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted file is accessible. If the judging committee is unable to open the file, the organizer reserves the right to request resubmission or disqualify the entry. If multiple entries are submitted in the same category and division, only the earliest submission will be considered.

4.Entries must be original works by participant. Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, harmful content; promote commercial,  political elements; or include any controversial or inappropriate material. The organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that are inappropriate, irrelevant to the competition theme, or in an incorrect format.

5.The organizer reserves the final right to interpret the rules and regulations of the competition. If any aspect of the terms and conditions is found insufficient, the organizer may make amendments at any time. In the event of any dispute related to this competition, the decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.​

評分準則：Judging Criteria

​

創意、美感、技法運用、表現力、主題及內容等。評審將根據參賽者作品作出綜合評分。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。

verbal expressiveness, linguistic precision, narrative fluency, emotional expression, story appeal, imagination, theme, and content. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.
