費用已包含一次港澳台、中國內地、新加坡、馬來西亞地區運費(不含稅)，上述地區用戶不需要額外支付運費，如多次派送額外費用由用戶承擔。

The fee includes one shipping fee (tax exclude) to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia; above regions do not need to pay shipping fees BUT additional fees for multiple deliveries will be borne by recipient.
** For destinations outside the above regions, an additional international shipping fee of approximately HK$300 shall apply, subject to variation. For overseas applicants, please prioritize applying for an Electronic Certificate.
電子證書將於獎項申請結束後1個月內發出，實體獎項2個月內寄出。產品為個性化定制內容，下單後不接受退款申請。表格一經提交，更改項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。
支付備註資訊僅作銀行追蹤款項來源之用，如有其他具體要求須通過官方郵箱提出確保資訊準確傳達。
Physical awards will be sent out within 2 months after the application deadline (E-Cert 1 month).
No refund requests will be accepted once the order is placed. Once the form is submitted, any subsequent changes will incur an administrative fee of HKD $50.

所有比賽獎項簽收後如有任何損壞或遺失將不獲補發；如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。 所產生的一切額外費用（包括退回及重新寄送之費用）則須由收件人承擔。請確保收件電話保持暢通，並及時接聽物流公司的派送通知。如有任何爭議本協會將保留最終決定權。
Once the awards have been collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses. The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts. All additional costs incurred (including return and re-shipping fees) shall be borne by the recipient. Please ensure that the recipient's phone remains accessible and that notifications from the logistics company are answered promptly.In case of any disputes, association reserves the final decision.
