電子獎項將於獎項申請結束後1個月內發出，實體獎項2個月內寄出。費用已包含一次港澳台、中國內地、新加坡、馬來西亞地區運費，上述地區用戶不需要額外支付運費，如多次派送額外費用由用戶承擔。非上述地區需額外支付運費費用。
Physical awards will be sent out within 2 months after the application deadline (E-Cert 1 month). The fee includes one shipping fee to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Singapore,Malaysia; users in above regions do not need to pay shipping fees BUT additional fees for multiple deliveries will be borne by recipient. Others regions need to pay additional shipping fees.
支付備註資訊僅作銀行追蹤款項來源之用，如有其他具體要求須通過官方郵箱提出確保資訊準確傳達。表格一經提交，更改項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。產品為個性化定制內容，下單後不接受退款申請。
The payment remark information is only for the bank to track the source of funds. For other specific requirements, please send to official email ensure accurate info transmission. Once form submitted, HK$50 admin fee will be charged for item changed. As products are personalized and customized, we do not accept refund requests after the order is placed.
所有比賽獎項簽收後如有任何損壞或遺失將不獲補發；如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。如有任何爭議本協會將保留最終決定權。
Once the awards have been collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses. The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts. In case of any disputes, association reserves the final decision.
