本賽事由國際青少年學術菁英協會主辦,採用牛津TSA歷年經典議題作為寫作基礎,打造融合學術權威性與思辨挑戰性的寫作平台,體驗頂尖學府學術寫作與思維要求,讓全球青少年在國際舞台上展現在批判性分析、獨立思考、邏輯嚴密性與觀點回應的綜合潛力。
賽事設計小學挑戰組,中學組,專業組(18歲及以上)
參賽者需根據參賽組別從指定題目中選擇其中一個題目進行英文寫作。

The competition is organized by International Youth Academic Elite Association and adopts classic past Oxford TSA questions as the writing foundation. It aims to build a writing platform that blends academic authority and intellectual challenge, allowing participants to experience the academic writing and thinking standards of top universities. It provides a global stage for worldwide to demonstrate their comprehensive potential in critical analysis, independent thinking, logical rigor, and the ability to respond to different viewpoints.
Competition open for Primary, Secondary and Professional Group (aged 18 and above). Participants must select one designated topic for their division and complete an English writing.

作品規則 Requirements
1.參賽者須按報名組別,從上述指定題目中選取其中一個完成寫作。寫作體裁、表現形式及字數均不設限制。參賽作品格式:文件 PDF/DOC。
Participants shall select one writing topic from the above to complete the writing in accordance with their registered competition category. There are no restrictions on the literary genre, presentation form or word count of the submission. Format requirement: PDF/DOC.
2.參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效;參賽作品須為個人原創作品,翻譯作品概不接受,嚴禁抄襲。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品,以最早收到的一份為準,其餘作廢,並不作另行通知。
Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted files are valid; all entries must be original individual works. Translated works are not accepted, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Each participant may submit only one entry per category. If more than one entry is submitted, the earliest received will be considered valid, and the others will be disqualified without further notice.
3.參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決,任何人士均不得異議。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
Works must not contain pornographic, violent, erotic, defamatory, inappropriate, insulting, or controversial content. The organizer may reject works that are inappropriate, irrelevant, or incorrectly formatted. The organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of rules. All disputes are subject to the organizer’s final decision. Works must not include commercial or political promotion.
評分準則 Judging Criteria
作品將依據內容質量、觀點立意、結構邏輯、語言表達、修辭運用、主題切合度等評審維度進行綜合評分。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、各辦學團體代表,以及業界資深人士。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權,其評分為最終決定,參賽者必須尊重及接受。
Entries will be comprehensively evaluated and scored based on the criteria of content quality, viewpoint and conception, structural coherence and logic, linguistic expression, rhetorical application, and thematic relevance. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.

Schools or institutions with more than 5 participating students are eligible for the quota, which will be determined based on the overall level of the participants (based on the data submitted by group participants).
