Participation Guidelines 參賽須知

​

1. 題目以難度分組，參賽者自行選擇參賽組別。The questions are grouped by difficulty, and participants may self-select their competition category.

2. 截止日期前完成報名及考試。報名後將收到確認郵件，參賽者需在截止日期前任何時間內，登入本會競賽入口完成賽事。​Registration and examination must be completed before the deadline. After registration, a confirmation email will be sent. Participants may log in to the competition portal at any time before the deadline to complete the event.

3. 賽事以綫上選擇題/填空題/簡答題等方式進行。可使用手機或電腦參賽，建議使用電腦參賽。競賽前請仔細閱讀個人聲明，不允許切換屏幕，不得作弊或代考，誠實參賽。The competition will be conducted online via multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, or short-answer questions. Participants may use a mobile device or computer, though a computer is recommended. Before competing, participants must carefully review the personal declaration. Switching screens, cheating, or impersonation is strictly prohibited. Academic integrity is required.

4. ​競賽時間為30-45分鐘不等，到時自動交卷，每人限作答一次。題目涵蓋學生應掌握的基本知識以及具有挑戰性的進階題目。建議參賽者合理安排時間，優先完成熟悉的題目，未解答的題目可在比賽時間結束前返回作答。參賽者可使用計算器輔助計算。The competition duration ranges from 30 to 45 minutes, after which answers will be automatically submitted. Each participant is allowed only one attempt. Questions cover foundational knowledge students should master as well as challenging advanced topics. Participants are advised to manage their time wisely, prioritizing familiar questions first. Unanswered questions may be revisited before the time limit expires. Calculators are permitted for calculations.

5. ​學校排名將根據參賽者填報的信息進行統計。School rankings will be calculated based on the information provided by participants. 

6. ​比賽結果僅公佈選手名次，不另行公開具體成績分數。賽果會透過電郵發送至登記郵箱並在官網及社交媒體公佈。The competition results will only disclose the rankings of participants; specific scores will not be released. Final results will be sent to the registered email and announced on the official website and social media platforms.

7. 如需申請訂製證書、獎杯或獎牌，請在獎項申請中登記。To request customized certificates, trophies, or medals, please register through the awards application section.

按參賽者所得的分數(以該組最高得分計算)每級別各設

Each Group will establish below Awards based on participants' scores (calculated relative to the highest score within their respective group).​

• 全場冠軍   Grand Champion  (得分為組別前10%之參賽者 Top 10% of participants group)

• 冠軍 Champion  (得分為組別前11%-25%之參賽者Top 11%-25% of participants group)

• 亞軍 Runner-up   (得分為組別前 26%-40%之參賽者 Top 26%-40% of participants group)

• 季軍 Second Runner-up  (得分為組別前41%-60%之參賽者 Top 41%-60% of participants group)

• 優異獎  Excellence Award  (得分為組別前61%-80%之參賽者 Top 61%-80% of participants group)

• 參與證書  Participation Certificate (其他分數參賽者Participants with other scores)​​​

• ​學校或培訓機構Schools and Institutions：傑出學術教育獎 Outstanding Education Award

​

針對參賽學生超過5名以上之參選學校、機構或導師，按照參賽者整體水平設立 。冠軍及全場冠軍數目可得3分，亞軍數目可得2分，季軍數目可得1分，平均分占比50%。

For schools. institutions or instructors with more than five participating students will be ranked based on the overall performance of their participants. The ranking will be calculated as follows:

-Each champion or overall champion award will count as 3 points.

-Each runner-up award will count as 2 points.

-Each third-place award will count as 1 point.

-The average score of all participants will account for 50% of the total ranking score.
