小學1-3年級 Primary Grades 1-3

公開組 Open Group (18歲以上 Age 18 above)

作品要求 Requirements

​

 1.不設題目、主題或體裁限制​

No restrictions on topic, theme, or genre.

​

2.寫作語言：中文或英文。​

Language of writing: Chinese or English.

 

3.字數（不含標點符號）:

- 詩歌：不超過50行，總字數不超過1,000字

- 散文：不超過2,000字

- 微故事：不超過2,000字

- 小說：不超過20,000字​

Word count (excluding punctuation marks)

- Poetry: No more than 50 lines, with a total word count not exceeding 1,000 words.

- Prose: Not exceeding 2,000 words.

- Story: Not exceeding 2,000 words.

- Novel: Not exceeding 20,000 words.

4.參賽作品格式：文件 PDF/DOC。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效，如評審委員未能辨認，主辦單位有權要求參賽者重新遞交或取消其參賽資格。

Submission format: PDF or DOC file. Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted file is accessible. If the judging committee is unable to open the file, the organizer reserves the right to request resubmission or disqualify the entry.

5.參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效；參賽作品須為個人原創作品，翻譯作品概不接受，嚴禁抄襲及使用人工智能工具生成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。

Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted files are valid; all entries must be original individual works. Translated works are not accepted, Plagiarism and the use of AI tools for generation are strictly prohibited. Each participant may submit only one entry per category. If more than one entry is submitted, the earliest received will be considered valid, and the others will be disqualified without further notice.

6.參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
Works must not contain pornographic, violent, erotic, defamatory, inappropriate, insulting, or controversial content. The organizer may reject works that are inappropriate, irrelevant, or incorrectly formatted. The organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of rules. All disputes are subject to the organizer’s final decision. Works must not include commercial or political promotion.

評分準則 Judging Criteria

​作品將依據文字表現力、語言精準度、敘事流暢度、情感表達、故事情節吸引力、想象力、主題及內容等評審維度進行綜合評分。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、各辦學團體代表，以及業界資深人士。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。

Entries will be comprehensively evaluated and scored based on the verbal expressiveness, linguistic precision, narrative fluency, emotional expression, story appeal, imagination, theme, and content. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.
