作品規則：Requirements

 

1.參賽者可自選題材及書寫內容

2.不限書寫工具(筆、紙張) ，不限書寫格式及書寫字體。

3.參賽作品須為參賽者親筆書寫，若被發現涉非參賽者的原作，包括請他人代筆，將被取消參賽資格。

4.參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業、政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。

5.主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。如條款細則未盡完善，主辦機構有權隨時修訂。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。​

1.Participants may freely select their subject matter and written content.

2.There are no restrictions on writing tools (pens, paper), writing format, or calligraphy style.

3.Entries must be personally handwritten by the participant. If any work is found to involve non-original content, including having someone else complete the work on their behalf, the participant will be disqualified.

4.Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, objectionable, insulting, commercially promotional, politically charged, or any controversial or inappropriate content. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject entries that are deemed inappropriate, unrelated to the competition theme, or submitted in an incorrect format.

5.The organizing committee retains the final right to interpret the overall rules and regulations of the competition. If any aspects of the terms and conditions are found to be insufficient, the organizing committee reserves the right to make amendments at any time. In the event of any disputes related to this competition, the decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding, with no objections permitted.

評分準則：Judging Criteria

字形結構、筆畫技巧、整體佈局、作品視覺效果。評審將根據參賽者的表作出綜合評分。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。

Character Form and Structure, Stroke Technique, Overall Composition, Visual Impact of the Work. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.
