幼稚園組 Kindergarten Group

小學1-3年級 Primary Grades 1-3
小學4-6年級 Primary Grades 4-6
中學1-3年級 Secondary Grades 1-3
中學4-6年級 Secondary Grades 4-6

專業組 Professional Group (18歲以上 Age 18 above)

作品要求 Requirements

​

1.主題不限。

No restrictions on topic, theme.​

​

2.不限作品尺寸及創作媒介。參加者可使用各種視覺藝術媒介，如油畫、水彩畫、水粉畫、中國畫(水墨畫)、素描、漫畫、海報設計、壓克力等等。電繪除外。

No restrictions on size and material.​ Participants may use a variety of visual art media, such as oil painting, watercolor painting, gouache painting, Chinese painting (ink wash painting), sketching, comics, poster design, acrylic, or other media. Exclude Digital Art.

3.參賽作品格式：jpg。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效，如評審委員未能辨認，主辦單位有權要求參賽者重新遞交或取消其參賽資格。

Submission format: jpg file. Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted file is accessible. If the judging committee is unable to open the file, the organizer reserves the right to request resubmission or disqualify the entry.

4.參賽作品須為個人原創作品，嚴禁使用人工智能工具生成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。

Participants are responsible for ensuring the submitted files are valid; all entries must be original individual works. The use of AI tools for generation are strictly prohibited. Each participant may submit only one entry per category. If more than one entry is submitted, the earliest received will be considered valid, and the others will be disqualified without further notice.

5.參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。主辦單位保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
Works must not contain pornographic, violent, erotic, defamatory, inappropriate, insulting, or controversial content. The organizer may reject works that are inappropriate, irrelevant, or incorrectly formatted. The organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of rules. All disputes are subject to the organizer’s final decision. Works must not include commercial or political promotion.

評分準則 Judging Criteria

​作品將依據創意、美感、技法運用、表現力等評審維度進行綜合評分。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、各辦學團體代表，以及業界資深人士。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。

Entries will be comprehensively evaluated and scored based on the creativity, aesthetics, technical execution, expressiveness. Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the above criteria. The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans. The judges reserve full authority over all matters, and their decisions are final. All participants must respect and accept the evaluation results.
